Kelsey Media is delighted to announce the sale of its aviation and military history portfolio to Key Publishing. The purchase involves three regular frequency titles published by Kelsey (Aeroplane Monthly, Classic Military Vehicles and Jets) together with a number of Specials and Bookazines in the areas of aviation and military history.

We are delighted that these titles have found a good home at Key Publishing where we are confident that the magazines will thrive.’
Future plc (LSE:FUTR, “Future”, the “Group”), the international media group and leading digital business, has exchanged contracts to sell a portfolio comprising its Auto titles and Triathlon Plus (the “Portfolio”) to Kelsey Publishing Limited for a total initial consideration of £2.1m, comprising £1.8m in cash and £0.3m of magazine subscriptions deferred revenue to be retained by Future. In addition, deferred consideration of up to £0.8m is payable by 30 September 2015 based on revenue performance. Completion is scheduled to occur by the end of August 2014. The net proceeds of sale will be used to reduce the Group’s external borrowings.
Kelsey Media has acquired the brand Outdoor Fitness from Bauer Media. It’s a 132-page monthly publication, launched in the summer of 2011. It aims to deliver some of the best cycling, running, swimming, triathlon and adventure content, enjoyed by a readership who are loyal to staying fit and healthy in the great outdoors.
