BBC Worldwide have agreed a magazine licensing deal with Kelsey Media which will see the launch of the first ever BBC Antiques Roadshow Magazine next spring.
Fans of one of Britain’s best-loved programmes, now in its 36th year of production, will be able to find out what goes on behind the scenes and delve into the history of the rare and unusual antiques featuring on the show.
As the official Antiques Roadshow magazine, each month it will build on the stories the programme tells – and the many it doesn’t have time to include – with an On Location section when the series is on air; behind the scenes at the venues and historic details of locations; meet the team features; tales from show goers; after show follow-ups to exciting discoveries; and themed issues by era, event or genre.
The magazine will also have its own website which will include a variety of content and functionality.
The October issue, on sale Friday 30 August, has a fresh new design and exciting new content.
GoodHomes showcases the latest home decorating trends and products alongside inspirational real homes and must-have household appliances.
New features include the Interior Design Course, focusing on a key decorating look and providing readers with tips and expert advice on how to create the scheme in their home.
There's also a brand new 'At Home' section celebrating great design and functionality in the more practical rooms of the home.
GoodHomes magazine is published on the final Friday of each month.
Kelsey Publishing holds over 40 regular frequency magazines within its portfolio, including Good Homes, Psychologies, Coast, Aeroplane, Classic Car Mart and Practical Poultry. It also publishes numerous books and one-shots.
The online editor will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, writing and commissioning original content across digital channels for a range of Kelsey Media’s home and lifestyle titles
