Psychologies celebrates +10% ABC increase

The success of the UKs only magazine dedicated to Wellness reflects wider growth in the Wellness market.

Psychologies has stamped its position as the authority on woman’s Wellness with an incredible, market defying +10% increase in circulation figures period-on-period. ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulation) figures for the period July-December 2015 reveal an average circulation of 69,408 for Psychologies. These latest figures, released 11 February 2016, reflect a significant increase in demand for the Psychologies product and Wellness content.

Psychologies remains the only UK publication dedicated to the topic of Wellness and Mindfulness. As the Wellness market continues to expand, the brand is well positioned to continue its growth trend.

In addition to the magazine product, the in-demand journalism from the Psychologies editorial team is also now available on numerous digital platforms. Psychologies boasts a highly engaged online community which sees an additional audience of 1.6 million interacting via its website, e-newsletter and social channels every month:

  • On the web: Psychologies has enjoyed exponential online growth over the past 18 months. Monthly unique users have increased 85% over the period, to 260,000, whilst page views have increased an incredible 165%, to in excess of 1 million views per month. This increase in online audience interaction follows significant investment in the website, psychologies.co.uk; plus the brand’s expert blogging platform and community forum – lifelabs.psychologies.co.uk.
  • Social: Psychologies social platforms continue to attract an ever expanding audience, with in excess of 1.25 million people choosing to actively engage with the brand via these channels.
  • Email: Following a period of redevelopment the weekly Psychologies newsletter has seen a similarly spectacular increase in demand with subscriber numbers up 46% to 51,000 in the last 12 months.
